About Tiny Tails LA

  • Tiny Tails LA is a home-based dog boarding and daycare service. We’re not a kennel or a large facility — your dog stays in a real home, with personalized care, supervision, and lots of love.

  • Yes. All dogs enjoy a cage-free environment. Crates are only used if you provide one and request it for your dog’s comfort.

  • We intentionally keep our pack small so each dog gets individualized attention and a calm, safe experience. Group size varies based on temperament, size, and energy levels.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All stays must be booked in advance and confirmed in writing (usually via text). A stay is not considered confirmed until you receive written confirmation.

  • Sometimes, depending on availability. Reach out as early as possible to check.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in may incur a 50% fee of the total booking, as we reserve your dog’s space in advance.

  • The full booking fee still applies. Your dog’s spot is reserved exclusively for them, even if your plans change.

  • Yes. Pick-ups after 6:00 pm may incur a $15 late care fee, as later hours require additional supervision and care.

Payment & Fees

  • Payment is due in full before or at drop-off.

  • Venmo, Zelle, cash, or check.

  • Late payments may incur a $10 per day fee, unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.

Daycare Services

  • Yes — daycare is available for regular clients whose dogs are a good fit for our pack.

  • Daycare includes supervised play, rest time, and a calm, structured environment. Feeding available if food provided.

Dog Requirements & Eligibility

  • Yes, unless your dog is under 6 months old. Some exceptions may apply — please discuss this with us before booking.

  • Dogs must be up-to-date on:

    • Rabies

    • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)

    • DHPP (Distemper/Parvo)

    Leptospirosis is optional but encouraged.

  • Yes. All dogs must be on a regular flea/tick prevention program.

  • No. For the safety of everyone, we only accept dogs who are non-aggressive and comfortable around people and other dogs.

  • Please let us know in advance about:

    • Any history of aggression

    • Destructive behavior

    • Excessive barking

    • Separation anxiety

    Transparency helps us keep everyone safe and happy.

Food, Belongings & Medication

  • Yes. Please provide enough food for the entire stay (pre-portioned if possible).

  • Absolutely. Beds, comfort items, and crates (if preferred) are welcome but optional.

  • Yes, we can administer oral medications with clear written instructions for an additional charge. We do not administer injections.

Health & Emergencies
